How do I cancel?
In the app under Profile → My plan, or with the “Cancel contracts here” button at the bottom of the app – it only takes a few clicks. As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. It expires if, when you buy, you agree to immediate access and confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal as a result.
